AA Sports is proud to announce that LUNA has returned
as Title Sponsor of the 2008 LUNA All Womens Triathlon
& Duathlon. AA Sports is also excited to announce
that the Breast Cancer Fund will again be the official
non-profit beneficiary for the 2008 LUNA All Womens
event.
Breast Cancer Fund Mission Statement
In response to the public health crisis of breast cancer,
the Breast Cancer Fund identifies and advocates
for elimination of the environmental and other
preventable causes of the disease. Founded in 1992,
the Breast Cancer Fund works from the knowledge that
breast cancer is not simply a personal tragedy, but
a public health priority that demands action from all.
LUNA All Womens Triathlon & Duathlon is raising
money for breast cancer prevention. $1 from every registration
will be donated to the Breast Cancer Fund, a national
nonprofit working to identify and to eliminate the environmental
causes of the disease. Please contact Julie Homan to
discuss an additional independent contribution program.
