The TOUGHEST race in the most BEAUTIFUL place!This event is being produced under a special use permit from the Inyo National Forest.Framed by a gorgeous crescent of mountains, June Lake lies in the heart of a canyon with three other lakes, as well as many streams and hiking trails. On a warm and sunny day, the surface of the lake beautifully reflects this serene backdrop, one that is reminiscent of the Alps of Switzerland. In 2024, athletes also enjoyed a water temperature of 69 degrees.
