The SPRING DASH in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho is an annual fundraiser for United Way of North Idaho and has been a staple of the regional running scene since 1982. We offer USATF certified 5K, 10K and half marathon courses situated along beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene.
